A tropical garden with mature trees leads you from the road to the cottage. Enter through a side gate that opens to a fenced-in backyard overlooking the ocean. A barbecue grill, outdoor shower, sun loungers, and covered living and dining spaces enhance your outdoor experience. Kayaks, paddle board and games like badminton/volleyball, and boules/bocce are also available for your entertainment. There is a spacious indoor living area with an open-concept kitchen. The house is bright with fresh and comfortable decor throughout. The whole cottage, beachfront, and gardens are private and yours to enjoy! The house is managed and hosted by our manager who lives nearby. Flying to North Eleuthera airport? We can arrange a taxi & ferry service to meet you at the airport. The fare is $20 per person and takes about 20 minutes to get to Spanish Wells dock. Russell Island is a quiet, safe neighbourhood connected to Spanish Wells by a bridge. There are other houses that share the same cove. Our neighbours are quiet and friendly. There are a mix of vacation homes and residences. Sandbar Restaurant is a 5-minute walk from the house. Spanish Wells has several restaurants, food stores, a bank, medical clinics, marinas, and other businesses. Spanish Wells and Russell Island are family-friendly with events for all ages throughout the year. Larger public beaches are located on the north shore (Atlantic Ocean) of Spanish Wells island. Parking is on-site. Renting a buggy/golf cart is highly recommended. We can reserve it for you or you can book with local companies online. General prices are $50/day or $250 weekly for a 4-seater. 2 and 6-seaters are also available, but remember to consider space for your luggage. The golf cart will be left at the dock for your arrival if you provide your travel itinerary. Golf carts may be limited during the busy season (December - July). Cable and wifi are available . A washer and dryer in the bathroom. The house will have basic items - bottled drinking water, and a few other food items. You may rent a boat, go on fishing, snorkeling, and swimming with the pigs tours during your stay. Please advise if you would like us to book tours or purchase food in advance. Charges may apply.
