Dock has amazing views of the lake, sunrises and sunsets. The dock is private and exclusive for your use. Suite has wonderful adjustable king size bed that is so comfortable & 40" smart tv. New armoire has Keurig, Microwave, dishes and utensils inside. 2 Kayaks and 2 paddleboards included in rental. This suite has a private entrance from the garage. Suite is located above the garage, the main house is a one story, the private suite is upstairs by itself with no wall directly connected to the home. The bed is a adjustable split Tempur-Pedic king bed that is guaranteed to give the best nights sleep. Sheets are white cotton with a feather quilt with washable duvet cover. Cozy table/desk overlooking the front garden. Perfect for dining or a workspace. Suite also has a futon for extra room and a Vizio 40" television. Please see photos and all the amenities. Why will you fall in love with this listing.... We give our guests full use of the waterfront. Home is located on the Main Channel. What does this mean? You are not in a cove, water is nice and views of the lake are amazing. Our dock sits on over 25 feet of water. A perfect location to fish. The guest boat slip always has deep water. There is also a plug for charging fishing boats. The dock is well maintained and in beautiful condition. The covered dock has comfortable wicker seating, a wifi mesh router, small propane grill, mini fridge, television with local channels and a g00gle mini that will play your favorite music. This is great to enjoy year round, rain or shine. If you get up early and head to the dock the sunrise is beautiful. Sunsets can be seen from room pending season. Home is located on beautiful winding paved road that is great for a morning or afternoon walk! Come and enjoy all the scenery! The room has a private entrance. There is a washer and dryer available and an older fridge in the garage for extras that do not fit in the mini fridge. We typically ask guest to park under the suite window in the circle. The dock, fire pit and beach area are all for guest use. Our dock is very comfortable and really worth the time to sit and enjoy. We do not allow use of the boat ramp for loading and unloading. There is public boat ramps very close and we are happy to help if needed. We prefer couples get away, business travel or guests that plan to use the lake for fishing or recreation. This room has a private access from the garage side door under the awning. The suite is located above the garage. We do live in the main house with our two loving Golden Retrievers. We are available upon request during your stay. We are happy to interact and assist feel free to text or call. Only registered guests are allowed at the property. We base our rate on a limit or two people. Please take time to enjoy the beautiful dock, fire pit or beach area. Our neighbor is beautiful because it not a thorough fare road. Clean beautiful paved road with 5 miles of walking. We are closely located to Publix and Harris Teeter as well as the Dollar Store. Also within 5 miles is a Target, Walmart, TJMaxx and many other stores. We have two waterfront restaurants within a mile Toucans and Apps and Taps. For entertainment there is a Victory Bowl with bowling, hourly pool tables and darts. Also the historic Main Street Mall Antiques. Too many things to add here but we are happy to provide. We are conveniently located on the 150 between Interstate 77 and Highway 16 both lead to the 485 in Charlotte or north to Interstate 40. The airport is easy access from either. Garage is for owner use but there is plenty of parking and a circular driveway. We are conveniently located close to so many amenities. The suite has plenty of information on places and things to do. We are more than willing to help with any questions or recommendations. Please note this property is perfect for a retreat, we do not allow outside guests only guests that are registered. We unfortunately do not allow dogs.
