Concerning the home’s location, the drive to and from downtown Durango is about 20 minutes through the beautiful, picturesque Florida River Valley.  In town, guests will experience excellent restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and great gear for both the summer and winter mountain adventurer.  The famous Durango Train Depot and Museum are right downtown at the corner of Main Avenue and 5th Street. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
