If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it. 🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces. 🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home. 🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation. 📜 Guests must sign rental agreement and submit ID verification Pet Policy 🐾 We’re happy to welcome dogs with prior approval! Please message us for pet approval before booking • Pets must be added to the reservation during booking • A non-refundable $250 pet fee applies per stay • Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted • Dogs must be fully housebroken • Please clean up after your pet • Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens • Dogs must be under 50 lbs • No cats permitted due to a family allergy We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own.
