You will be swept away by the expansive views of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach in front of you. From this fifth-floor vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. There is nothing better than watching the sunsets from the lanai! The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps and an armoire with three drawers at the bottom and the top opens up to a flat-screen TV. There are sliding glass doors from this bedroom out to the previously described balcony, and the windows in this bedroom also offer an extensive view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a closet, a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, and a full wall mirror. Through a pocket door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set.
