Reverse cycle air con in living area and small box air con in main bedroom, extra pedestal fans available as well.   Microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove and fridge/freezer in well stocked kitchen. New Large Smart TV plus Ipod dock/stereo in lounge and combined dining area.  Bathroom, laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and separate toilet.
