Oceanfront Condominium with Pool and Beach Access The space This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island. Beach Club 221 is decorated with beach and golf themes complemented by traditional heavy mouldings, plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout. The tiled dining area seats six at a glass-topped table and leads directly to the tiled living area with queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, easy chair and 42" flat-screen television with Blu-Ray DVD player. From the living area, slider doors lead to the balcony with patio furniture overlooking the picturesque courtyard and view of the ocean. The fully-equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile and lighting. Off the kitchen is a large capacity stacked washer and dryer. The master suite features a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television, desk and sitting area. Slider doors from the master lead to the balcony. The newly remodeled master bath includes a garden tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds, wall-mounted flat-screen televisions and connecting newly remodeled baths with tub or shower. The living area features a sleeper sofa. Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!
