La FONTAINE DES PRES

Welcome to the Fontaine des près. Small farmhouse from 1830 having served as a stable during the construction of the Port du Becquet. Located to the west of the Port du Becquet, the Fontaine des Près is the name of the spring which flows near the fields and near remaining. It was captured in 1787. You will appreciate the 30m2 living room with its wooden floors and pellet stove offering warmth and comfort. - A 13m2 bedroom with a 190x200 King size bed with plenty of storage space and an additional bed with a 120 * 180 convertible sofa - A small fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob inductions, opening directly onto the outdoor terrace. - A bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower also including a washer-dryer and fan heater. - The 17m2 exterior terrace facing south-west, is sheltered from the wind and overlooks a 170m2 garden.
