The accommodation is divided into two floors, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The house sleeps 12 in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedded rooms. Each floor of the house has 3 bedrooms and a sitting room and they join via the staircase in the games rooms. There are 5 bathrooms in the house and an additional bathroom next to the pool. The ground floor opens out onto the gardens, pool, barbecue and a covered terrace. The first floor also has a lovely sun terrace overlooking the pool as well as a large roof terrace with views of the mountains which is a real sun trap. The villa is just 5 minutes´ drive away is the beautiful town of Pollensa, where you will find a wide variety of excellent restaurants, bars, and a charming Sunday market. The pretty sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa are 15 minutes by car. The villa is a perfect retreat in peaceful surroundings. It is ideal for two families to share, or for a group of friends.
