The Highland Snug is located on Upper 15th Street, at the center of Lower Highland (LoHi)., close to many restaurants and a short walk or ride to Union Station, the 16th Street Mall bus, light rail, LoDo and downtown Denver. So close to everything that a car is not needed. There are also many shared scooters and bikes available to cruise the neighborhood. The space The Snug Up is a studio - 1 bath lock-off suite (about 500 sq ft). It is on the upper level of our two-level condo. The Snug provides a queen bed, bathroom with shower, dining table and a TV area with a loveseat. High speed Internet, basic Xfinity TV and all utilities are included. The combination of a kitchen sink (with disposal), dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and hot air cooker comprise the "kitchenette". Please note that there is no stove/oven. Please note that the lower level of the condo contains another rental unit named the Snug Down and the upper "Living Room 2" is shared. There is also a half-bathroom and the washer/dryer off of that living room. In Living Room 2 there is a desk facing 15th Street, which makes an interesting place to work while watching the bustle on 15th Street. Please see the floor plan under Additional Photos. One off-street parking space is included in a secure lot. Additional spaces are available for $150 per month from the HOA. 30 day minimum rental.
