You are invited to experience this little paradise in the Queen Charlotte Sounds, only 15 minutes drive from Picton. Quiet, yet not too remote with cafes, shops, and wineries easily accessible. Walk or cycle along the recently opened Link pathway, fish off the jetty, or kayak the pristine waters. Complimentary use of two sit on top kayaks, during your stay The space The house is steps away from the waterfront, with beautiful views of the bay from the deck, living area and main bedroom. The house is surrounded by trees and has all day sun. It is a much loved 'kiwi' holiday home by the sea, newly renovated with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. The house is comfortable and cosy. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and accommodates up to 6 people. There is a log-burner in the living area to keep warm on cooler nights, with firewood provided. The property is fully fenced and safe for children. There is a great outdoor undercover entertaining area with a BBQ. A mooring for a 6m boat and two kayaks with lifejackets are available on request. There is very good mobile / cellphone reception at the property. Guest access During your stay, you will have full access to the property. Other things to note Full linen is provided. Please bring your own beach towels. It is a lovely, well maintained bach. Please respect it and keep it tidy.
