Description
Bright & spacious Duplex 3 bed property, 400 metre short stroll to beach . RC air con. Family room overlooking pool area with BBQ, lap pool (ambient temperature) heated spa. 3 bedrooms in total Smaller Double bedded bedroom downstairs, family room, Lounge room, dining room, kitchen (powder room- wash basin & toilet ) downstairs Queen bedded bedroom and 2 king single bedded bedroom and full bathroom with shower upstairs Linen, towels , pool towels supplied. The space The whole house is for guests however guests do not have access to the driveway and garage situated on other side of house . Off road parking is available outside the front gates at front of house. Guests enquiries: contact details will be supplied. Valid ID is required for each guest at time of booking and staying at the property. Bedding/rooms will be made up accordingly for the guests who have booked, registered and will be checking in. Please advise bedding requirements upon booking Smaller Downstairs bedroom consisting of a double bed, TV, and chest of drawers Upstairs bedrooms consisting of 1 queen bed, TV and sliding robes and upstairs bedroom with 2 king single beds with TV and WIR No pets of any kind will be permitted onto the property . We strive to keep an allergy free environment for all guests and therefore do not accept pets Please respect the rules by being transparent when booking giving a little detail of your trip We will be available by phone within 1/2 hour should you have any enquiries or require assistance. The beach is a 400 metre walk at the end of the road and local shops to the other. There is also a bus service within 2 minute walk, The train station is approximately 10 minutes walk from accommodation. The accommodation is a 15 minute drive from Adelaide airport. Harbour Town is a popular spot for shoppers and is close to the airport. Close to SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre at Marion and Morphettville race course. Glenelg is approx 5 minutes and wineries approx. 20 minutes drive Guest access Guest have access to free Wi-Fi Washing machine Dryer Kitchen with up-to-date appliances, BBQ - this is checked regularly, please leave the BBQ clean as presented to you - additional charges may apply if left unclean. Hairdryer, Fresh linen, Pool towels. Fresh ground coffee machine - complimentary coffee and tea Other things to note When booking please send a brief message with some details of your trip, and confirming you have read and understand the terms and conditions for booking . On road parking available outside front gate. No parking available on property. Upon booking we will require names of all guests in your group and a form of photo ID to be sent . All guests at accommodation need to be registered. Bedrooms prepared for guests checking in and listed in booking. PLEASE NOTE- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS PERMITTED ONTO THE PROPERTY - this may result in breach of agreement and termination of booking with no refund NO SMOKING in or around the property No Parties - no events or gatherings of any kind permitted - ONLY registered guests permitted onto premises at any time, please respect this rule Quiet time from 2200-0800, please respect the neighbourhood
