Welcome to "La Ferme des Tilleuls" in Courset

On our beautiful Opal Coast, in the heart of the Boulonnais bocage, we will welcome you to the farmhouse of the family, longère style, 20 km from the sea and the beach, 3 km from Desvres, Pays de la Faïence, where you will find all shops, pharmacies, restaurants but also swimming pool, cinema, museum, forests, ponds and the traditional weekly market…. The cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet where you can enjoy the marked walking trails, but also the farm animals. The space The house has been completely renovated while keeping the old style... Access to the cottage is through a closed courtyard, the interior of the typical house with its half-timbering, consists of a living room, with a sofa bed for 2 people (160 × 200), and a small bed for children 135 x 80), a living room (the living room and the living room are separated by a curtain in case of use of the sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen (sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, hood, combined fridge-freezer, dishes, oven dishes, pans, pots, casserole, toaster, electric coffee maker, senseo, pierrade/raclette appliance, kettle, mixer and electric chopper...), a bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, a bedroom (140 x 190 bed and 3-door wardrobe), and a 2nd bedroom (160 x 200 bed, baby bed and 3-door wardrobe) separate toilets and a veranda with a small living room. You will also have a flat-screen TV and internet access, baby bath, toilet reducers, changing table and high chair. In winter, the house is heated by a pellet stove. Behind the house you will have access through the veranda to the lawn corner of the garden where you can relax or eat (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor games, etc.). The vegetable garden is reserved for the owner, who will not fail to let you taste his products throughout the seasons... Other things to note The beds will be made for your arrival according to needs... (For the use of the sofa bed, we will kindly ask you to use the mattress topper, wrapped in the alaise and the fitted sheet provided, this for your comfort but also for hygiene reasons....) As for the use of the pellet stove, it is included in the base rate from October 01 to April 30 for one bag of pellets per day (any additional bag will be charged at the end of the stay), outside of this period, from May 1 to September 30, the pellet bag will also be charged extra... The room and the bathroom are equipped with electric heaters. Toilet linen can be provided for 5 euros per person (1 bath sheet, 1 hand towel and 1 glove).
