Comfortable holiday home with a large garden and a private pool that invites you to take a dip in the cool water during the hot summer months. You can comfortably enjoy your meals prepared on the barbecue on the covered terrace. The house is attractively furnished and offers you a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. !!IMPORTANT!! Please read and consider the description and rules saved here!! The space You will stay in a very well-maintained and cared-for 6-person house. The private pool, surrounded by lawn, cypresses and several flower bushes, will give you much pleasure. The access to the pool can be closed so that small children cannot enter if they wish. The living room and kitchen open directly onto the covered terrace. A large marble table and six wrought-iron chairs ensure that you have enough space to eat. Just a few metres away is a built gas barbecue area. The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and a spacious kitchen with all the appliances you need for a carefree holiday. The distance to the village centre is only a short walk of about 10 minutes and you will find a supermarket, the village square with its old bakery and several local restaurants. Don't forget the market on Saturday mornings with fresh vegetables and fruit from the countryside. Price includes bed linen, towels for the bathroom, water and electricity consumption. A deposit of 300 Euros in cash is due on arrival. Heating oil is charged extra with 1,90 Euro/liter.Final cleaning 100€. Since 1.
