Comfortable vacation home with a large garden and a private pool that invites you to jump into the cool water in the hot summer months. You can enjoy your meals prepared on the grill comfortably on the covered terrace. The house is attractively decorated and offers you a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. ¡!! IMPORTANT!! The private pool, surrounded by lawns, cypresses and several flower shrubs, will give you a lot of pleasure. Access to the pool can be closed so that small children cannot enter if desired. From the living room and the kitchen you can go directly to the covered terrace. A large marble table and six wrought iron chairs ensure that you have enough space to eat. A built gas barbecue area is just a few meters away. The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and a spacious kitchen with all the appliances you need for a carefree vacation. The distance to the village center is only a short walk of approx. 10 minutes, and you will find a supermarket, the village square with its old bakery and several local restaurants. Not to forget the market on Saturday morning with fresh vegetables and fruit from the countryside. Price includes bed linen, bathroom towels, water and electricity consumption. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 300 euros in cash is due. Heating oil is charged at 1.90 euros/liter extra. Final cleaning €100. From your holiday home you have a perfect view of the mountain peaks of S'Alcadena and Sa Bassa. For the experienced and adventurous, a hike to the castle on the summit of S'Alcadena is a must. The medieval castle ruins and the small chapel are worth a visit. Halfway (although you can also do this by car) is the famous restaurant "Es Pouet".
