Guest access Even though the house is within close proximity to most things on the west coast we highly recommend guests have a vehicle to conveniently get around and visit other beaches, restaurants, cities or other attractions. Guests will have full access to the house and backyard plus there is a 2-car carport on the premises. Street parking is also available. Next door is a large fenced-in empty land with security cameras, where you can park an oversized vehicle such as an RV, jet skis, or a boat. The boat-ramp is located just 300 meters from the house. If you need access to this lot please inform us at time of booking. Although it is not frequent, on occasion we do experience power outages. The property has a auto transfer generator in the event the power does go out. Other things to note The location is a blend of country and beach. You will see surfers and at anytime you may see cows or horses grazing on the lands nearby. Our house is located within a few minutes of great local bars and restaurants. Please note, however, that this means there can be music and laughter heard from miles away during the weekends.
