The space - Private property, space not shared with anyone else. - Single story spacious Caribbean beach house - Located in a quiet neighborhood - In the town of Aguada (nestled equally between Aguadilla and Rincón) - 2 miles of nearby coastal roadway with numerous local restaurants, also great for a morning or evening runs or walks. - Self check-in - Fully stocked with all the amenities for a great stay - AC and ceiling fans in every room - Hot water showers in each bathroom - High speed Wi-Fi - Roku Smart TVs - Large front patio, great for morning coffees, listen to the ocean waves, have an outdoor meal or playing games - Large backyard - Outdoor shower - All the Beach amenities you will need (Chairs, Towels, Umbrella, cooler, etc) - If lost of power there is an Automatic transfer whole home generator VillaToña is on a 1/3 acre fenced and gated private property, there is a large backyard with an assortment of tropical plants. When they are in season you could pick and enjoy either, mangoes, bananas, avocados, breadfruit, papaya, and more trees are constantly being added. There is also an open-air outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The house is equipped with a couple of surfboards, kayaks and life vests. Guest access Guests could take a casual stroll to the ocean, it’s a 1 minute away or you could even go for a morning or evening 2 mile long walk or run along the nearby coastal roadway. Even though the house is within close proximity to most things on the west coast we highly recommend our guests to have a vehicle to conveniently get around and visit other beaches, restaurants, cities or other attractions. Guests will have full access to the house and backyard plus Free Parking is allowed on the premises. Next door is a large fenced-in empty lot with security cameras, where you can park an oversized vehicle such as an RV, jet skis, or a boat. The boat-ramp is located just 300 meters from the house. If you need access to this lot please inform us at time of booking. Although it is not frequent, on occasion we do experience short power outages. The property has a backup generator in the event the power does go out. Other things to note The location is a mixture of country vibes and beach house; at times you may see cows or horses grazing on the empty lands nearby. Our house is located within a few minutes of great local bars and restaurants. Please note, however, that this means there can be music and laughter heard from miles away during the weekends.
