We hope to welcome you to Clifton soon! The space 🏡SOCIAL SPACES & ENTERTAINMENT You'll have your own separate entrance, which is easy to spot with the bright pink door! Opening into the open-plan kitchen and living area, you'll find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. 🍳KITCHEN The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Appliances, including a coffee machine and microwave, are available for guests to use. There is also a dining table, providing the perfect space to enjoy meals together. 🛏️BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Comfortably sleeping up to two guests, the apartment features a cosy double bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom, complete with a spacious walk-in shower, is located just off the hallway. 🚗PARKING Some paid visitor parking is available near the property. Free on-street parking is available on Clifton Down Road and in some areas throughout Clifton. No Resident parking permits are available from the host. 📍LOCATION Clifton is one of Bristol’s most desirable neighbourhoods, known for its elegant Georgian architecture, independent shops, and vibrant village atmosphere. Clifton Village offers a great mix of boutique shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for your stay. The flat is opposite a delightful green park and has a friendly pub nearby! Public transport is easily accessible from the flat. 📝THINGS TO NOTE • Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine or TV. However, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay, allowing you to stream your favourite programmes on your own devices. • This is a basement apartment. Access is via a short flight of steps leading down from the front of the building.
