Welcome to Nottingham! The place is in the heart of the metroplex! It's a 3 Br/2 bath, on a large corner lot, fire-pit, game room, swimming pool, ping-pong and billiards table. Its situated in a nice neighborhood, perfect for a home away from home! GAME ROOM - Poker table, PS3, XBOX 360, Kid's Corner Just East of Cowboys, Rangers, SixFlags! Close Airports, Dallas/Fort Worth! Pets welcome: Must be pre-approved, $80 per pet, collected after booking NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS-Strictly enforced The space After heading to Six Flags, exploring the city or watching the Cowboys/ Rangers game, you have a nice place to come back where the kids can play while you relax. The game room is set up for all ages. It has a place for adults to play cards or a game, teens to play video games and your little ones can color or play shop at the mini grocery store or with the Mr. Potato head! Grill out in the back yard on the propane grill while the kids cool off in the pool! Sip your morning coffee in your own little oasis! Roast some marshmallows with the kids while telling scary stories! Or just sit back on the large couch and watch a movie! Each room is large to allow for a comfortable stay. And you can park your car in the two car garage! There is a comfortable 10" Queen mattress in the closet that can be placed on the floor if needed. Your family will have the entire place to yourselves to relax after a fun day. Guest access You'll have access to the entire place. Other things to note Guests from DFW will need prior reviews. Guests are required to book accurate amount of guests in rental contract, regardless of staying the night. Please contact me if you are requesting visitors. They must be pre-approved. Safety is important to us! External surveillance is used to monitor the outside of the property. The cameras are on the soffit of the property and doorbell, In the front and garage-side, and face away from the house for total privacy. There are no cameras facing pool.
