High View Manor is a beautiful 3 bedroom Federation style home. Centrally located in Cessnock, it is at the doorstep to the vineyards and all the Hunter Valley attractions. High View Manor will captivate you with it's high ceilings, stained glass entryway and old world charm. After a full day of exploring what the Hunter Valley has to offer, you will look forward to coming back to High View Manor and relaxing in the spa whilst sipping a beautiful Hunter Valley wine. The space High View Manor has three oversized bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has another queen bed with mirror sliding wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The third bedroom can sleep 4 guests and makes a great kids room with 1 double bed bunk with single on top, double underneath and a separate single day bed. If you are a party of 10 the lounge room that can be closed off for privacy and the queen sofa bed made up before retreating for the night. All bedding and towels are included. Enjoy your coffee on the wrap around veranda at the front of the house - the view is lovely, you may even see the hot air balloons early in the morning. Of an evening enjoy the sunset over the mountains and the night lights over the township. A full kitchen with Nespresso coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave with basic condiments are supplied. The bathrooms are stocked with individual shampoos conditioner, bath gel, body lotion and soap. There is a full size laundry to the right of the kitchen, with front loading washing machine and dryer, portable airer, ironing board and iron and steamer. There is an 8 seater wooded dining table in the dining room and another full size bathroom that would be suitable for a wheelchair guest. There is quite good wheelchair access from the road to the back door with a ramp. The outdoor area has a jacuzzi that holds 7 people, outdoor dining, BBQ facilities and a fire pit. There are pool towels for guest to use. There is a fenced yard for children and pets. Guest access Our house is located 400 metres to the centre of town, includes supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and other major retail shops. There is plenty of free street parking for guest. There is good wheel chair access to the back door of the property.
