Secluded in a wildlife refuge, it’s only minutes from modern stores and restaurants and about 9.8 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium. This property is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath house that can sleep up to 6 people. Inside you will find new kitchen appliances; new mattresses, bedding and linens; smart TVs; and updated bathrooms. The house is also stocked with board games for everyone's entertainment! Rooms & Bathroom: Master Bedroom: King with en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Second Bedroom: Twin over Twin Bunkbed with a Twin floor mattress under the bunk bed. Common area/living room: Twin Day bed with access to the hallway shared half bath. Outdoor porch: Full outdoor rustic shower. If you cannot get enough of the outdoors, get back to nature in the new and peaceful outdoor shower! The wooden deck boasts plenty of seating and lounge chairs as well as a cozy screened in porch to relax and enjoy the surrounding forest and lake vibes. Outside there is a wood-burning fire pit where the whole family can unwind and roast s'mores, along with a propane grill. There is a dock down by the lake with a kayak too!
