You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Passes are provided for you to enjoy the pools, hot tubs and gyms throughout the resort.. We are here anytime during your stay via the app messaging There is a strict no party rule at our townhome. And no more than six people in the townhome at a time please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am. We want to keep this a fun and relaxing place for you and our wonderful neighbors. Please note that our neighbors are our friends and they will report any issue to us right away. Also if early check in or late checkout is requested we charge $50 for each request. And this can only be done if we don’t have a back to back booking. This covers the cleaners having to do a change in their schedule and to give you a new door code. Pets must be approved along with a pet fee. Pets are not to be left unattended unless properly created. Any stains left by a pet will result in a fee of $150 for carpet cleaning. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds please. No more than 2 dogs To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly request that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or blankets. We understand that pets may need a cozy spot to rest, so we have provided a pet bed specifically for your pet's use. Please encourage your pet to use the designated pet bed during their stay. For your convenience, the resort provides dog bags to clean up after your pet. Please make use of these bags and ensure that any waste is properly disposed of in the designated areas. We have provided each bathroom with makeup rags. Please use them instead of the white rags to remove any makeup to avoid staining the white rags. When walking through the sliding glass doors please make sure you open the blinds first. Please don’t walk through them as they will break. There’s a $25 fee for each broken blind. Please don’t rearrange or move furniture. Creekside is monitored by a front door camera which is uploaded to the Ring iCloud. The camera is for the safety of our guest and is only of the front outside area. Located just minutes from the cities of Bend, Redmond, and Sisters, Eagle Crest is the perfect vacation destination.
