This cabin has it all! Pool Table, Foosball, Dart Board, Zip Line, Hammock, 4 TV's/Cable/DVD/VCR - Surround sound, Movie Library, Lg. Deck, Horseshoe Pit, Slackline. Pets OK. non-smoking. BT rec. center. The space Kids Paradise (Whatever Your Age!) 2 night minimum stay. Sleeps 8. This home has 2 Bedrooms plus a split loft and 2 Baths. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with Queen size bed. Back left bedroom has a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO (All internet compatible - no Comcast cable to this TV). The other bedroom has a TV with cable/Netflix/DVD player. Split loft upstairs has 2 Twins and a Queen bed on one side, and 2 twins and a trundle bed on the other side, along with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Dart Board and 55” Smart TV, Stereo. The kitchen is well stocked and has a Keurig which makes both regular coffee and uses pods. Great room also has a 55” Smart TV, and a wood stove. Home offers cable TV/DVD, a very large DVD movie library, free US phone access, large deck with a charcoal BBQ (Guests should bring their own charcoal). Yard provides a great play area for kids of all ages with zip-line, a Slack Line for low level tight roping, tree fort/deck, horseshoe pit and hammock! A portable baby crib available upon request. Some winter snow play toys also for guest use. Well behaved dogs allowed upon Owner Approval - 2 dog maximum. No smoking. Bed linens and towels included. Only minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, Spicer Reservoir, and Calaveras Big Trees State Park. There's something to do year-round! Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there. Pet Policy: Well-behaved and housebroken dogs welcomed, but must not be left alone (must be over 1 year old - max 2 dogs) with $50 non-refundable pet fee (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing, max 2). Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent. Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Guest access You will receive an email 2-4 days prior to your arrival date with lockbox code & other important check-in information. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for this email. Cell service may be spotty, so be sure to make note of your lockbox code (screenshots work well for this).
