Pets are welcome, and while parking is nearby rather than under the house, the location offers unbeatable access to the beach. The space ✨ Highlights • Unbeatable Location: Just steps from the beach, ideal for families, couples, and fishermen. • Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Queen bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern appliances for home-cooked meals. • Outdoor Living: Spacious deck for sunrise and sunset views, plus an Old Smokey BBQ grill for seaside cookouts. • Convenience: Bed linens, towels, washer, and dryer provided. • Pet-friendly so your furry friends can join the fun 🏖️ What to Expect We offer the essentials for a beach escape: a welcoming living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and unbeatable proximity to the surf. 🚗 Parking & Access Parking is available on a nearby street (not directly under or next to the house). Pack light or use a wagon. Guests should plan to carry belongings about 50 feet over sand to reach the cottage. For easier unloading, you may park temporarily in front of the house on the beach with a $30 annual Surfside beach pass. Please note: beach access can be busy on holiday weekends. 💧 Water Information Surfside city water is not potable. The cottage has a whole-house filter (safe for bathing, laundry, and dishes) and an under-sink reverse osmosis system for drinking water. City water is out of our control, we are not responsible for quality/color but do provide drinking water at the kitchen sink or alternatively feel free to bring your own drinkable water. 🌴 Your Beach Paradise Awaits Whether you’re here to fish, relax, or simply soak in the ocean views, Dolphin Views offers a cozy retreat right on the sand. Come enjoy our little slice of paradise! 📋 Important Notes • Maximum occupancy includes all overnight guests and day visitors. • All guests must be listed on the reservation. No third-party bookings. • Security cameras are located at the bottom of the stairs and under the deck facing the beach. They record motion for safety. Guest access Whole House access Check-in time is 4pm check out 11am (no late checkout in summer due to cleaning schedule) No parking on the property including Golf carts/ATV Parking is on a nearby road Other things to note Pets allowed (up to 2 dogs only, no other pets allowed) with paid pet fee $100 No Cooking/ BBQ on the Deck 5% Village of Surfside Beach Hotel/Motel Tax (Registration #10134) is included as a "Management Fee" Our home is directly on the beach and is located in a hot, humid, tropical climate. We do spray for bugs and mosquitos monthly; However, we cannot control mother nature so a few bugs may still get into the home. Please keep open food and crumbs off the counter and floors to help prevent bugs during your stay. Please keep doors closed to prevent bugs and heat in the home Our front yard is sand and when we have high tides, debris maybe left behind. The beach in front of us is a “drive on beach” so there will be vehicles (beach pass is $30/year or $15/day) they do park in front of us during the summer to enjoy the beach. mark your spot early with chairs and gazebo. -Hurricane or Storm Policy- no refund will be given outside of the cancellation policy. We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance especially for stays between June 1-Nov as there is no refund policy outside of our cancellation policy. No date changes.
