This luxurious home features four expertly furnished bedrooms and three and a baths spread out over 2,800 square feet of living space. This is a perfect retreat for 3 to 4 couples or multiple families. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The main floor master has a king size bed, Smart TV and a private bath. The junior master on the 2nd floor features a king bed, Smart TV and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a king bed, and shares a large dual sink bathroom with the bunk room. The 2nd floor bunk room sleeps 6 across has two sets of twin over twin bunks, and two twin beds. This room also features a TV lounge for the children and a small deck. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway. **Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. **The owners of Pa's Place have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.
