For generations weary travelers have found respite from their harried lives here in the Bay. It is our sincere hope and prayer you find yours during your stay. The homes defining feature is the historic great Oak tree which frames the home. For reasons only know to God this Oak’s growth was stunted and it never reached its full potential. But this made it the perfect Oak for the cottage. As both are small but cute. If it rains during your stay the oak tree just may show you it’s green ferns. The ferns literally cover it’s limbs. But only turn brilliant green after a deep nurturing rain. Old Town Magic ferns. Full house access. Owner does not live onsite. But I do live nearby so I am always avaible to help you. In minutes, you can be in the heart of Old Town for bars, restaurants, shopping and the Bay Harbor. Then easily soup back to your quiet little cottage. We have ample parking at That Cute Little Cottage with the adjacent lot available for your use. The home is in a quiet 🤫 neighborhood setting and we expect guest to respect the neighborhoods residential norms.
