With the Caribbean Sea behind us to the south + the pristine Old Wharf beach just across the road, the brisk sea breezes make Upful one of the coolest spots in Treasure Beach. With floor-to-ceiling louvered windows, high and vaulted ceilings plus nature-inspired décor of natural materials, each room is a breezy and light-filled indoor-outdoor space with a strong feeling of openness. Each level has its own private entrance, common areas and outdoor spaces. The main courtyard features a soothing overflow pool with unique artist-crafted mosaic tile art. Upstairs, the covered and uncovered roof decks offer panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, living/TV room/den and dining room, while the top floor has an extended lounge space (for games, reading or relaxing) with kitchenette. From the four (4) ensuite bedrooms, you can enjoy views of the garden and mountains. Downstairs, two bedrooms open out to the courtyard, as well as their own individual private outdoor spaces. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large private outdoor deck with panoramic views. Upful Villa is licensed by the Jamaica Tourist Board. All staff adhere to the COVID-19 regulations as mandated by government regulators. The house is managed and maintained by staff who will be at the house and on the property. Cooking and housekeeping available to guests. Staff is normally available between 9-5 and can prepare two meals a day. We pay staff salaries. As is customary in the industry, guests provide gratuities directly to staff and the recommended amount is 10-15% of the cost of accommodation divided among staff members. Bring your own groceries or we can stock the fridge and pantry ahead of your arrival. Being located in the bread basket of St. Elizabeth gives us access to the freshest ingredients, produce and foods from the farms and the sea. Menu options available upon request.
