The Loft: Industrial style downtown studio apartment The space The Loft apartment is a beautifully restored second floor apartment in Penn Yan. Located in the historic Main Street business district in Penn Yan, this apartment has been completely renovated, turned into a lovely Industrial style loft apartment, and has all the modern amenities while keeping that historic, old world charm. Originally constructed in 1880, this historic property offers a fully open floor plan, with the full kitchen, dining area, seating area, and sleeping areas all contained in one loft space. Walking into the apartment, you'll get that perfect blend of industrial and farmhouse vibes. The ceilings have been removed to expose the beautiful old rafters and tall, arched windows grace the front of the apartment and offer views of Main Street. The first floor below the apartment houses an operational storefront, which is currently an office space maintaining office hours. There is a significant acoustical separation between the Loft and the storefront below. The street-level main entrance opens to a flight of stairs leading up to the Loft. The full kitchen is large and has windows offering views of the rear parking area and adjacent streets and buildings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware for 4, a full-size dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats 4 and is a fantastic spot for a sit-down dinner or game night. The seating area has a large comfortable couch, large TV, and two twin day beds. The main sleeping area includes a king size bed, dresser, large wardrobe, and has tall, arched windows offering views of Main Street. There is a folding divider to offer a bit of privacy to the bed area, from the rest of the studio apartment. There is a dedicated desk/workspace adjacent to the main sleeping area--a great spot to sit if you're traveling for work. The full bathroom contains a tub/shower and adjacent to the bathroom there is a stackable washer and dryer. The Loft is the perfect home-away-from-home apartment, whether you’re traveling for work or vacationing with your significant other and a few friends. You’ll love the specialty coffee shop just a few doors down, Amity Coffee Co., the Burnt Rose Wine Bar next door, and you’ll find many other amenities including restaurants, bars, and the Keuka Outlet Trail within feet of your front door. Breweries, dozens of wineries, and countless opportunities for hiking can all be found within a short drive. EV charging is available at the town library- 2 blocks away and just a short 5 minute walk from the apartment. *Air conditioning is provided via central air *A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. **We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25. **No pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately and/or charged an additional fee **No parties allowed at any time. **Smoking prohibited **Parking is available in the public parking lot behind the building **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times, no exceptions. Only 4 guests allowed at any time, additional guests will be asked to leave **Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking Permit #: 24-1013 Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, starting at the street level entry. Other things to note You are welcome to the limited supply of disposable paper goods, shampoos, soaps, dishwashing detergent, etc. Once you run out, it’s up to you to replace according to the needs of your group. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Check out times must be prompt unless otherwise arranged with us prior to your stay.
