DESCRIPTION This amazing property is located in the heart of Baywood, Los Osos. This 360 square foot cottage accommodates three guests comfortably. This cottage is walking distance of the Bay where you can find endless trails and places to explore water activities, restaurants, bars and local brew houses. The outside patio is located to the left of the front door and is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather the Central Coast has to offer. There's even an EV Charger on-site! The space DESCRIPTION   This amazing property is located in the heart of Baywood, Los Osos. This 360 square foot cottage accommodates three guests comfortably with the consideration of a dog as well. This cottage is within walking distance of the Bay where you can find endless trails and places to explore water activities, restaurants, bars and local brew houses. This cottage has some newly renovated interior that was handcrafted to make your cottage unique and functional. The outside patio is in the middle of cottage 2,3. Enjoy your dinner outside during sunset under the patio lights and play a game of cards or sit and relax to the calming sounds of the fresh air. If you find yourself wanting to leave your cozy cottage you can travel North towards Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, San Simeon and as far as Big Sur and San Francisco. Traveling South will take you towards San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Santa Barbra. If you are a wine or beer lover head on over to Paso Robles which is an award wining wine destination!!! You will not be let down by its abundance of wineries, breweries and tasting rooms downtown. (it's about a forty -five minute drive from your cottage.) The laundromat is open to the public and used regularly throughout the day. These machines are coin operated. The mobile home park is occupied by families and children so please be aware of your noise and activity level. Our community takes great pride in having a respectful and safe neighborhood. Parking As our special guest(s) you are granted one off-street parking space on the property. Parking is straight towards the back of the driveway entry. Please be courteous of the neighboring vehicles and space around you as there is only one way for egress. If you have more than one vehicle please park the second vehicle on the street (free of charge). Cancellation Policy Cancellation policy varies depending upon where you booked your reservation. Please refer to your booking channels cancellation policy for further information. Cleaning Policy Keeping our guests safe and our cottages clean is our top priority. We follow an extensive list of cleaning and sanitizing instructions. Please refer to the Baywood Cottage binder located on top of the peninsula for reference. License#6008723 Guest access Guests will be able to access their private cottage and the associated private patio area. Other things to note *All bookings are required to agree to our rental agreement terms prior to check-in. A copy will be provided upon reservation confirmation. Also, payment processing fess are non-refundable. DOG POLICY: This property is dog friendly. There is an additional pet stay fee of $100 for booking with a dog. (Low shedding dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, dogs over 50 lbs with low shedding will be considered on a case by case basis.) If you are considering bringing your furry family member, please let the host know when you book. Thank you! *Pet must be 12 mo. or older *Pets must not be left unattended at anytime during your visit (even if outside) *Pets must be kept off of the furniture -- please bring suitable bedding *Pets must be free of fleas and up to date on a flea control treatment *Pets are required to have all current vaccinations (Parvo) *We require all pet poop to be thoroughly cleaned up around the property. *If there is damage to furniture, property, or left over pet waste due to your dog, there will be an extra $150 charge added at check out, along with additional charges for any other damages. Guests who book our dog friendly rooms without a dog accompanying them will not be charged the separate dog fee.
