Parking is available for up to four vehicles. You have access to everything in the house. You’ll appreciate the quiet neighborhood and plentiful wildlife, such as bears, deer, turkeys, hares, and even bobcats. Other things to note Property is protected by 4 security cameras outdoors, 3 facing the driveway and entrance on the ground floor and the other one facing firewood and trampoline area. We also have an outside noise monitors which will notify us if the level of noise is above 60 Db during the quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am. Please respect our neighbors: this is a no party house: no outside noise after 10 pm and no trespassing neighbor’s territories. We are part of HOA community - quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am are strictly enforced. By renting this house, you agree to follow this rule. No parties allowed, per Airbnb regulations. If quite hours won’t be respected and/or we get complains from the neighbors during the quiet hours, your party will be asked to leave & unused nights will not be refunded. We take no party requirements very seriously. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbor’s right to enjoy it. Pets upon approval only. 3 pets max. $100 pet fee applies. Maximum parking for 4 vehicles. Because this is a mountain cabin, be prepared for mountain weather. Chains and/or 4-wheel drive are required to access home via steep driveway in winter time. During snow season, the driveway will be plowed when 4" of snow falls, but we cannot guarantee that the public roads will be cleared in the same manner. No refunds will be available for winter conditions, but in case of power outages we have a fully automatic generator for the whole house. We’re also providing shovels and sand.
