Come and enjoy a home designed specifically for short term renters. Notre Dame campus is less than a mile away, and easily walkable. Everything you need for a great ND game weekend is available for you, even a cooler with wheels for tailgating! The house is also located near great restaurants, parks, and Downtown South Bend. The house has two living areas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room. Each living area has a sleeper sofa. The one in the front room is a traditional pull out couch (linens provided in the basket). The one in the Family room at the back of the house is a newer style, pull up sectional/ futon style. The chaise portion of that couch stores a mattress pad (and bed linens) to make the couch more comfortable when the bed is pulled out. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a bunk bed. The manufacturer's weight limit on the top bunk is 200 pounds. The bottom bunk is 225. Each living area has a TV. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. The TV's are set up with Roku guest mode so you can access all your favorite streaming subscriptions. Local and cable channels are not immediately available, but if you contact me in advance of your stay I can make arrangements for you to be able to view these channels. The main bathroom near the bedrooms is a traditional bath with a vanity, toilet and shower/tub combination. The second bathroom is off of the back Family Room. It is a full bath with a vanity and toilet, and a stall shower. Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns about the property, before or after booking! I'm an avid traveler and I know everyone has different needs. I'm happy to try to accommodate any special requests you may have! The driveway can accommodate four vehicles, but the house is on a corner lot, so there is also street parking on the property on Clemens Street. The house is automated, so you will have an access code to check in. However, I live in the area and am available if you need anything! The house is located just south of the University, near the intersection of Corby and Twyckenham. If you’re coming in for an event at Notre Dame, the campus is a very short walk, less than a mile away. There is also a city bus stop just down the block. To go most other places around town you will need your own vehicle.
