This home is country style, quietly nestled in the pine trees. A well equipped kitchen with a dining booth. Large living room with wood stove and smart TV. Views of Mt. Shasta right out the windows. Two bedrooms with one bathroom downstairs. Master suite with bathroom and incredible views upstairs. Very cozy home with quilts and local art. Double car garage We welcome pets with a fully fenced side yard. Very quiet and private but only 3 minutes from I-5. Siskiyou County Permit#UP1906 The space The living room, kitchen and dining room are open so family and friends can easily visit while cooking, eating or just relaxing in front of the warm wood stove. The bedrooms are quiet and private to allow for good naps and sleeping. Outdoors you will find plenty of open space with very little light pollution. This makes for incredible star and planetary gazing. Many guests have brought their telescopes. Be sure to catch the epic sunrises featuring the lenticular clouds, sunsets and the very special Alpenglow of Mt. Shasta in the evening. I hope potential guests read this: Airbnb has decided to NOT allow us to be Superhosts for this quarter. We experienced a sudden family death in July and I had to cancel one reservation. This was our first and only cancellation in nearly 3 years of hosting. Because of that cancellation, we are not allowed to have the Superhost badge. We hope that you read our reviews and conclude that we are Superhosts with an awesome home in a beautiful setting. Guest access You have access to the entire house, including the garage. A large front yard, fenced in side yard with a fenced 'puppy' yard within the fenced side yard. In it's entirety, you have approximately 5 acres to walk pets or kids. Other things to note Our rental is pet friendly!!! There is a separate fenced area for the dogs that is within a fenced area for the humans.
