It has become a gem – our house number 4. The careful and historically appropriate renovation of the building took three years to complete. The result is a very cozy vacation home with over 100 square meters of living space and a wonderful view of the Solling. The space A listed shepherd's house, whose roots date back to around the year 1700. Renovated in accordance with historical preservation and completed for our guests in 2019: * funded and awarded a plaque by the German Foundation for Monument Protection * Excellent indoor climate due to exclusively natural, historical building materials. * Unobstructed view of the Solling. * Outdoor location directly on the edge of the field, for which there would probably be no building permit today due to the surrounding nature reserve (location: Rittergut Friedrichshausen - house 4). Other things to note The price adjustment for June 2026 is solely due to the change in Airbnb's service fees. Our revenue has remained the same. We have kept our prices stable since 2020.
