Close to KY Lake, Sportsmans Lodge Marina and Town and Country Marina, Land Between the Lakes, and a variety of local restaurants! The space If you are looking for multi-functional rooms, this lodge provides those accommodations. With two different master areas, one master area is located on the lower level with a king-size bed with a private attached custom tiled shower bath. The second master has a queen bed and private attached bath with custom tiled shower. Both master rooms have beautiful lake views. There is an additional lower-level room with two twin beds, private attached bath with custom tiled shower. Moreover, this lower level features a kitchen dining area, a relaxing lounge/TV area including a sleeper sofa. This level is completed with a washer/dryer area. The upper level provides: A seating area for reading and resting. One room contains a king-size bed and a full bed. Another room contains a queen bed and one trundle daybed. A very spacious bathroom is located on the upper level with a custom tiled shower, double vanities, and a jacuzzi tub for one’s relaxation. The open concept main level of the house features: One full bath, with washer/dryer. Three seating areas. Two dining areas provides seating for twelve (12). A fully stocked kitchen includes basic seasonings and kitchen supplies such as a crock pot, toaster, coffee maker and coffee. The three levels of our lodge each presents decks/outdoor entertainment areas, with numerous eating/seating arrangements, each overlooking the scenic of the lake and the surrounding properties. Guest access We welcome fishermen and have the perfect drive for the boat trailers. This property does NOT have a boat ACCESS into the private lake; however, Sportsman’s Lodge & Marina, a full-service facility, is located 1.4 miles away. Here you can rent a boat and have access into the Kentucky Lake. Other things to note Large Events: Weddings/Family Reunions are allowed. Additional (event/guest fees are required. PLEASE NOTE: Please contact the host on wedding/large group rentals, prior to a booking, because of the added charges for this type of event. NOTE: This property features 1 exterior security camera: a camera is located by the front door facing the porch, The camera is outward facing and does not provide interior space viewing. This helps monitor the number of guests visiting the property.
