Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement, copy of valid ID and a $500 security deposit "HOLD" is required within 24 hours of booking (or at booking if the reservation is within 24 hours of arrival). The hold is authorized within 24 hours of arrival and released within 48 hours of scheduled departure should there be no issues, including but not limited to damaged or missing items.
