Outdoor living at its finest, including 2 large decks overlooking the lake with plenty of sitting space to enjoy the views. A covered patio with seating for those hot summer days and a dock on the water for lounging, fishing and swimming. Rent a boat or jet skis nearby and dock them on the property. The space Enjoy a peaceful stay at our well equipped 5 bedroom home. This home boasts a family room on each floor giving you plenty of space to relax and spread out. The kitchen has plenty of counter space with stainless steel newer appliances. Dining table in kitchen can seat 10 - 12 together with added table leaf and chairs in home. Enjoy Smart TV with with a subscription to YouTube TV in all common areas and bedrooms. Or log into your own Hulu or Amazon accounts. You will want to spend most of your time down on the dock fishing, swimming or lounging, while enjoying the views. Launch your boat or rent jet skis and pontoon boats from one of several nearby marinas. The dock on the property has space to dock a boat or a wave runner. Three fishing Kayaks are available on the property with life vests in the closet on the dock, along with a large floating mat to lounge on the water. There is space outdoors to enjoy horse shoes or a game of corn hole. Plenty of open outdoor space and decking to sit, read a book and relax overlooking the lake. For hot sunny days, or rainy days there is additional covered outdoor space on the ground floor. There is an outdoor wood fire pit to sit and toast marshmallows, or a gas fire pit located under the lower deck. There is plenty of parking in driveway or behind garage for multiple vehicles. After a busy day on the water, come back and rest on our comfortable new memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Each floor has its own central heating and air conditioning. The bedrooms include a large master on the main floor with en-suite, walk-in closet and its own door for easy deck access. Additionally, on the main floor, is a queen size bed with water views, deck access and bathroom next door. The three downstairs bedrooms, include a bunk room with additional full size bed, a room with a king bed and large walk in closet, and a queen bed with a half bath . If you still need additional sleeping space, the downstairs family room has a very comfortable queen size sofa bed with inflatable mattress. The third full bathroom can be found on this level with a double vanity, shower and plenty of towels and toiletries. There is a laundry room on both floors for your use. 1 GB High speed fiber optic WiFi available throughout house. Outdoor speakers on upper deck fully compatible to play your favorite music wireless via bluetooth (Pyle Audio) on your smart phone or tablets. Please monitor volume. With room for everyone to spread out and relax, we are confident you will find our home a perfect place to make special memories with your family and friends. —- Policies: —- - No smoking of any sort. - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years of age to book - Photo ID may be required at check-in - Note: The property can comfortably accommodate 10 adults without the bunk beds in 5 beds, the maximum occupancy is flexible up to approx. 12 with pull out sofa bed in downstairs living room. - Note: Your safety matters. There are exterior security cameras overlooking the driveway, and back yard along with a camera mounted doorbell. These do not look into any interior spaces. - Note: For your information, the water is approx 12ft. deep at the end of the dock. If needed, life jackets are available in the boat dock closet for swimming and kayaking. - Note: All homes on the lake are on a septic system, please dispose of toilet paper only in the toilets. Thank you - Note: Due to proximity to the lake and no fence, this property may not be suitable for young children unsupervised. Also a steep cement sidewalk from garage down to lower level. Walk slowly no running. Guest access Parking at house is plentiful. 4 vehicles can park in the cement driveway and parking behind garage on gravel space available for 2 more vehicles or boat trailer. Other things to note Self check-in with unique 4 digit code located on front door. WiFi is Fiber Optic cable with up to 1 GB speed.
