Dare to be you in this lovely remodeled 1 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor in Paradise Lakes. It has everything you need for a nakation or just to relax. This condo overlooks a nature area with walking paths to the dock and pond. Ample parking . Stays over 28 day require a back ground check( Fee extra.) Resort fees are not included in nightly rental. The space "This property is convenient. Restaurants, grocery stores, retail and many amenities you need are within a mile or two from this resort. It is the most peaceful, yet always something to do in Paradise. Guest access You have access to whole condo and to all Community pads throughout Paradise lakes. Other things to note The resort fee to the pool , club and restaurant are not included in the rental fee of the condo. This fee is separate and is paid to the resort.
