This comfortable, renovated and stylish home is perfect for a fun-filled family holiday at beautiful Port Macquarie. It's a short stroll from Shelly Beach and Sea Acres Rainforest Centre. Fully furnished with ducted air conditioning, it is completely private and quiet. A spacious deck has an outdoor setting & BBQ, overlooking the Fantasy Glades Nature Reserve. Cafes and groceries close by, Port Macquarie and more beaches a short drive. We are pet friendly for house-trained dogs (no puppies). The space This light-filled home is airy, spacious and stylish. There is an Entrance area which leads into a large lounge area with comfortable sofa and chairs. There's a large screen TV and bureau with ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning. The dining area features a beautiful wooden table with eight chairs - prefect for entertaining and family meals. A fully renovated kitchen which is well stocked with kitchen equipment and large fridge/freezer, oven, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar - all with views to the nature reserve. A patio door leads on to the large and private back deck - is the perfect place to sit and sip a wine while admiring the lush surrounds of the reserve. There is a 6-piece outdoor setting and barbecue. Steps lead down to the grassed and fully enclosed back yard. The master bedroom has a queen bed, plush carpet, large built in robe and renovated en suite. A hallway has lots of cupboards for storage and the second bedroom features a double bed, plush carpet and large built in robe. The main bathroom is a good size, renovated with a bathtub. Plus a separate toilet. The third bedroom features bunk beds with views to the reserve. A well equipped laundry room includes washing machine and separate dryer with a door to access the back garden. Guest access You will be able to access the entire house and garden area. It will be completely private for your stay. There is also a garage.
