Cottage by the beach with fantastic sea views

Sea View Cottage is a former Victorian-era military cottage set in an idyllic location between the beach and a woodland conservation area, on one of the most stunning coastlines on the island. The cottage offers beautiful walks, fantastic views, gorgeous sunsets over the historical Fort Victoria next door. A perfect base for family holidays and groups of friends. The space The best things about Sea View Cottage are waking up in the master bedroom to a fabulous and uninterrupted view of the sea, and enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of tea in the sea facing garden at sunset while watching the boats sail by. There are also great views over the sea from the living room downstairs. The cottage itself was built in 1855 and is packed with original features, including an open log burning fire and original doors. It has been recently renovated to include a new heating system with modern electrical heaters for maximum comfort. There are three gardens/outdoor spaces at Sea View Cottage - the rear garden catches the morning and midday sun and is a great place to dine al-fresco for breakfast or lunch. This garden leads directly onto the woodland coastal path at the rear of the property. At the front of the property (sea-facing) is another small courtyard with barbecue facilities and seating - the best spot for evening sun. This garden opens out directly to a large communal garden shared with all the other cottages - the perfect (safe) space for the kids to run around and make friends. There is a smart TV, games, and a DVD player with DVD library for your entertainment. But the best entertainment is the adventure and the magic of the woodlands and beach right on your doorstep. Other things to note Sorry but Sea View Cottage does not accept dogs at the moment, but we do have other cottages which are dog friendly.
