Upstairs: The primary bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom, large closet, and TV. The guest room has a Queen Bed and full bathroom attached. Laundry on 2nd floor. This townhome is 1,560 square feet. Guest access Guests have access to an attached garage. Access to the garage can be a tight turn, and some guests have found it difficult to navigate a larger vehicle into it. Other things to note Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
