Just 30 minutes to Santa’s Village, 5 min from AMC. NH Retreats The townhome is on the second level, so it has wonderful views of the mountains. As you enter, the mud room offers plenty of space for your gear, and the open floor plan is spacious and well appointed with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom is spacious, followed by a second bedroom with a full sized bed, and a bunkbed room that has 2 full over full beds and a pull out twin. Easy for 6 children. The Stickney Circle Town Homes are a wonderful family area. Enjoy easy access to the Bretton Woods Ski area or the Omni Mt Washington Resort next door. The Resort is an absolutely amazing place that you will surly fall in love with. They have numerous activities for kids, a game room, multiple restaurants, and breath taking views for you to relax with your favorite cocktail. * If you plan on heading to the resort for swimming or any of the amenities, please let us know as we do offer a separate concierge package. There is also a great swimming hole on the river just a mile west on rt 302. This vacation rental is professionally managed by NH Retreats, 580 Little River rd, Bethlehem, NH 03574 The townhome comes loaded with everything you will need for a great stay, towels, kitchen where, grill utensils, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soaps at each sink, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand towels, washing mashing detergent and dryer sheets. We do not offer personal soaps, shampoos, or hygiene products. *Typically weekends are a two night minimum for rentals, however we do offer all of our units for one night, but do charge a weekend split fee of $100(not possible on holiday weekends). *The unit has brand new big flat screen tv's with wi-fi capability and youtube tv entertainment packages. *There is a rechargeable light weight vacuum on the main level for guest to use and keep the townhome tidy. ****PLEASE NOTE: This townhome is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 7 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Overflow parking is a 2 minute walk. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations.
