The house also has air conditioning, which is available for guests for a fee of 10 euros per day. For tennis lovers, a tennis court with synthetic grass is available for a fee upon reservation (currently under renovation) and is a 5-minute walk from the house. Two tennis rackets with balls are available in the house, as well as two fishing rods, an umbrella and two beach chairs. There are books on the history and culture of Sardinia in the house.
