This adorable upgraded home allows for you to awake to the Lake in front of your eyes from every bedroom. Enter into the open living room and dining room with patio door that lead to our massive deck space with plenty of seating. The patio leads to our private beach and pier for your boat pick ups! Once you are settled, you will not want to leave. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Other things to Note: * Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed. It may be put away for the winter and or for High Wind Red Flag warning days. Propane is not provided in winter months due to limited access. * There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use. * 4 Wheel drive and/or chains required in winter in order to exit/enter home *Minimum Renter Age Requirement: 25 years *Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 8 adults *Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 12 adults *Occupancy: Nighttime occupancy is defined as 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 additional people, excluding children under 12 years of age. Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12.
