We will welcome you to our house, entirely for you (4 people), 100 m2, spread over 2 half-levels, with a private swimming pool (8 m/4 m) unheated. It is located on the hillsides of MOIRANS, 15 min walk from the village, 10 min from Voiron, 30 min from Grenoble and 10 min from the train station by car. Close to lakes and mountains. The space The house is located in a quiet subdivision, with free parking, views of the Vercors, and is located on a 750 m2 plot with terrace and private pool. The accommodation and pool are fully at your disposal during your stay. Other things to note Check-ins start at 3 p.m. and check-outs at 11 a.m. (flexible). The interior of the house has been recently renovated. The ground floor (40 m2) consists of an open equipped kitchen (with various utensils: raclette, pancake, fondue appliances...), a living room with two three-seater sofas (non-convertible) and a bay window (access to terraces and swimming pool). On the first half-level are two bedrooms (140 cm bed, TV, and desk for each), a bathroom (double sink, Italian shower), a separate toilet. A baby bathtub, a baby bed and a stroller are available on request. The second half level is equipped with a bedroom with a king size bed with a firm mattress (160 cm) and a TV. All bedrooms come with free space in the cabinets (shelves/wardrobe) and mosquito net at the windows. A washing machine is available for your use, only for stays from July and August. For your convenience, all shutters are electric. Internet access via Wi-Fi and board games. A welcome booklet includes the different instructions for use in French and English. Depending on the season: private swimming pool (unheated), relaxation and rest, barbecue, water activities, lakes, walks, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding. The house is 45 minutes from the Chartreuse, Belledonne, Vercors massifs. Many visits and discoveries in the surrounding area: Grenoble (city center, Bastille cable car, museum...), Voiron (city center, Chartreuse cellar, Bonat chocolate, market), Vireux and its castle, the monastery of Voreppe and the Chartreuse, Walibi (amusement park and water leisure), Pont en Royan and its paddle boat, the caves of Chorenche, Sassenage; Lyon, Valence...; Several flyers are available on the different activities: Visits, leisure walks, hikes nearby... The house is located 45 min from the lakes (Paladru, Romagnieu...) and about 45 min from the winter sports resorts (snowshoeing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing...). We would like to avoid the presence of animals. To respect the neighborhood, parties are not allowed, and we ask you to avoid noise after 10 p.m. Cleaning is to be provided by guests or on request, carried out by the host at a rate of 80 Euros. The pool is equipped with an alarm that must not be deactivated. The alarm does not replace visual monitoring, which is mandatory. Do not run on any of the terraces (wet, the floors are slippery). Fireplace: A wood reserve is provided for you during your stay. All rooms are electrically heated; The fireplace is an amenity. The open fireplace option requires adult supervision. Linens (one pair for each bed) and towels (one per person) are provided. Pool towels are not provided. A supply of charcoal is provided for your first barbecue.
