We will welcome you to our house, entirely for you (4 people), 100 m2, spread over 2 half-levels, with a private swimming pool (8 m/4 m) not heated. It is located on the hillsides of MOIRANS, 15 min walk from the village, 10 min from Voiron, 30 min from Grenoble and 10 min from the train station by car. Close to lakes and mountains. The space The house is located in a quiet subdivision, with free parking, views of the vercors, and is located on a 750 m2 lot with terrace and private pool. The accommodation and the pool are fully at your disposal during your stay. Other things to note Check-ins start at 3 p.m. and checkouts start at 11 a.m. (flexible). The interior of the house has been recently renovated. The ground floor (40m2) consists of an open equipped kitchen (with various utensils: raclette, crepe, fondue appliances...), a living room with two three-seater sofas (non-convertible) and a glass window (access terraces and swimming pool). On the first half level are two bedrooms (140 cm bed, TV, and desk for each), a bathroom (double sink, Italian shower), a separate WC. A baby bathtub, a crib and a cane stroller are at your disposal upon request. The second half level is equipped with a bedroom with a king size bed with a firm mattress (160 cm) and a TV. All bedrooms are equipped with free space in the cabinets(shelves/wardrobe) and a screen on the windows. A washing machine is available for your use, only for stays from July and August. For your convenience, all shutters are electric. Internet access via wifi and board games. A welcome booklet has the different instructions for use in French and English. Depending on the season: private pool (unheated) , relaxation and rest, barbecue, water activities, lakes, walks, hikes, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing. The house is 45 minutes from the macifs Chartreuse, Belledonne, Vercors. Many visits and discoveries nearby: Grenoble (city center, Bastille cable car, museum...), Voiron (city center, chartreuse cellar, Bonat chocolate, market), birux and its castle, the monastery of Voreppe and the Chartreuse, Walibi (amusement park and water recreation park), Pont en Royan and its wheel boat, the caves of Chorenche, Sassenage; Lyon, Valencia...; Several flyers are available on the different activities: Tours, leisure walks , hikes nearby... The house is located 45 min from the lakes (Paladru, Romagnieu...) and in about 45 min from the winter sports resorts (snowshoeing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing...) . We would like to avoid the presence of animals. For the respect of the neighborhood, parties are not allowed and we ask that you avoid noise after 10 p.m. Cleaning is to be provided by guests or on request, done by the host at the rate of 80 Euros. The pool is equipped with an alarm that should not be deactivated. The alarm does not replace visual surveillance, which is mandatory. Do not run on all the terraces (wet, the floors are slippery). Fireplace: A reserve of wood is provided for you during your stay. All rooms are electrically heated; The fireplace is an amenity. The open fireplace option requires adult supervision. Linens (one pair for each bed) and towels(one per person) are provided. Pool towels are not provided. A reserve of charcoal is provided for your first BBQ.
