Tarraco: Where Family Memories Begin

Welcome to Tarraco, a family-friendly oasis in a peaceful residential area. Our spacious and comfortable accommodations provide the perfect backdrop for quality time with your loved ones. Enjoy indoor activities like drawing and puzzles, or head outside for basketball and soccer. With a focus on family stays, Tarraco ensures a tranquil and memorable getaway for all. Youth groups under 25 years old are not permitted. Maximum 5 adults The space The house is spread over 3 floors. MAIN FLOOR: On this main floor, we find the LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM and KITCHEN, all are at the same level as the GARDEN and POOL. AC in the living room. Most rooms have access to the garden. Next to the living room, there is a nice CHILL OUT area and just in front of the kitchen a comfortable space to eat. There are a DOUBLE BEDROOM and a BATHROOM with a shower. UPSTAIRS: There is where are the rest of the double bedrooms (3). One BEDROOM with terrace and private bathroom and 2 BEDROOMS sharing a bathroom. Only the suite has AC, the others have fans. DOWNSTAIRS: There is a GAME'S ZONE, ideally smaller than the house. The house has a PRIVATE POOL in the same property and, in the neighbourhood community, there is also an AREA with a LARGE SHARED POOL. Very close to the house, there is the park of Cal Jalpí, it is a large park lovely and well maintained, and with paths to go by bike, that is why the OWNERS HAVE AVAILABLE BICYCLES of various sizes to go ride! Please request the bikes in advance, at least the day before arrival. You can easily park in front of the house, within the same residential area. Guest access TARRACO is exclusive to its guests. ACCESS AND PARKING Street access is private and only used by residents of the urbanization. Vehicles cannot enter the property, but they can be parked for free on the street, respecting the neighbour's garages. PRIVATE GARDEN Please respect the garden areas and preserve them. THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL We expect our guests to respect the dress code and rules of use, as well as not enter the house with wet clothes. In this area, there are also sunbeds for sunbathing. SHARED POOL Residents in the neighbourhood community have access to the facilities. Access rules, clothing requirements, and pool hours must be followed. The pool area has them available, or you can request them in advance. For example, it is mandatory to take a shower before bathing in the pool. BICYCLES Please request bikes in advance, at least the day before the arrival. INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. OPTIONAL SERVICES (not included in the price) - Travel cot: 15,00 €. - High chair: 5,00 €. - Beach towels: 3,00 €/each - Additional cleaning 4h: 80,00 € * * This price may vary depending on the season. - Extra charge for out-of-hours welcome Price: 50,00 € from 20:00h to 00:00h00 Price: 100,00 € from 00h01 until 02h00 - Sunday rate You can request to start your booking on a Sunday, but it depends on availability. Other things to note “OUR DESTINY DEPENDS ON YOUR RESPONSIBILITY”: Please, check that you will be able to comply with the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located. Thank you in advance for your understanding! HOUSE'S RULES - Families only - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed. IN CASE OF A BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE ABANDONED We are very strict with the rules because the houses that we help manage are not located in tourist areas.
