The front porch includes seating and enjoys sunset views overlooking the 19 home community common area. The second floor includes two bedrooms and a full bath and laundry room with SpeedQueen Washer/Dryer! There is also a full bath off of the master and a 1/2 bath off of the great room. Parking under the house with a hammock, Weber GAS grill, cedar outdoor shower and seating area.
