The gîte is situated on a 3,000 m² wooded property. On the ground floor: a 40 m² living room with a lounge area and a fireplace with an insert, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, and a billiard room. On the first floor: two bedrooms with one double bed each, one bedroom with four single beds, two adjoining bedrooms with four single beds each, a shower room or bathroom, and a toilet. Electric heating. Amenities include a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, a pétanque court with boules available for adults and children, bicycles, and laundry facilities. Parking and a closed garage are provided. On-site, there is a dairy farm with free tours of a milking robot.
