Other things to note Please take note: We do not allow events of any kind at this vacation rental : Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 8 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.
