50 Minutes to Boreal*High Chair*Pack n Play*Patio

The Gold Country Getaway is a cozy home in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. It offers great access to the Auburn State Rec Area and for hiking and biking. Old Town Auburn dining and shopping are just minutes away. Tahoe, Sacramento, and Nevada City are all within driving distance of our home. The space This is our home, and we spend time here as well, so I stock our home with all of the amenities that I would want. **Kitchen** The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, oils, and basic cooking and baking needs. We also offer a full assortment of pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets, wine glasses, a blender, and more. There is a Keurig on the kitchen counter, and we provide K-cups (regular and decaf) to get you going. We also have a regular coffee maker if you prefer. **Dining Room** Our dining room can comfortably fit six at the table, and there is additional seating at the bar. We also have a high chair in the dining room. **Living Room** The living room has comfortable seating for six, including a couch with a chaise lounge, two oversized chairs, and a rocking chair. We offer Netflix streaming, or you can log into your own accounts. **Patio** Our patio is one of my favorite features of this house and overlooks a lush backyard. We have an outdoor table, an umbrella, and seating for four on the back deck. **General** There are overhead fans and tower fans in each bedroom, as well as additional linens. **Parking** Our driveway can fit 3 cars an additional car can fit on the gravel pad out front. **Front Yard** We are in the process of landscaping the front yard and the pictures are what it looks like currently. Guest access You will have access to all rooms in the house. Access to the garage to store outdoor equipment (skis, mountain bikes, etc), is available upon request. Other things to note Although we have a fire pit, Placer County has a burn ban during the warmer months. This ban generally is between May 1st-Nov 1st, however, it varies depending on the year. Many of our guests have left condiments and other food items. You are welcome to use anything in the cabinets or fridge. The front yard is being landscaped and we do not have an ETA for completion. The photo of what it looks like is current. We understand that you are on vacation and do not want to be burdened with a lot of extras during check-out. We ask that you place your garbage in the bins outside, start the dishwasher, and place used linens (sheets and towels) in the laundry room. This allows us to keep our cleaning fee as low as possible.
