Additional nearby destinations include Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Winter Park, Fraser, Hot Sulfur Springs Resort and Spa, and Granby’s Flying Heals Rodeo Arena just to name a few. This part of Colorado is very much known for it’s majestic views and direct access to skiing, hiking, tubing, mountain biking, golfing, fishing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, boating, and last but not least, relaxing. The Mountain House itself is available in its entirety and will only be used and shared by you and the guests you bring. Inside the home you will find a main floor level with a large central space that blends a well-appointed kitchen, large dining space, sitting area with gas fireplace and direct access to the upper outside deck for grilling, eating and relaxing. Also on the main floor you will find the primary room with King size bed with full private bathroom, a second bedroom with Queen size bed and one more full bathroom. The lower level is accessed just off the main floor kitchen by stairs that lead directly to the ridiculously large entertainment room. In this space you will find a table for playing games, another gas fireplace, large sectional seating area around a large flat screen, a standard size pool table, wet bar and full bathroom. Just off the pool table room you will find the 3rd bedroom with our gigantic bunk room with 5 Queen size beds. Also on the lower level, you will find one full size murphy bed and access to the lower outside deck with patio seating and fire pit for use when fire restrictions allow. Guest access Roads in the area are well maintained but, 4 wheel or All wheel drive vehicles will be needed in the Winter Months to access. Once at the property there is enough parking for no more than 4 vehicles (one in the garage and 3 in the driveway). Parking on the road and parking of Commercial vehicles are not allowed.
