Welcome! This amazing Guesthouse-RV rental unit is tiny/compact for 1 or 2 guests. Stay poolside with all the comforts of home in your own private space in warm and sunny St George! All hookups are set up and ready for you to enjoy your stay the moment you arrive! Comfortable Queen bed. Our sitting pool is seasonal with a relaxing waterfall! The kitchen has a double-burner gas stove, microwave, double sink, and refrigerator/freezer. Our cozy space awaits you! The space We offer a self-check-in with a lock box to obtain the key if desired. This entire Guesthouse-RV rental unit is yours exclusively! The size is approximately 23 by 9 feet! While staying on-site beside our home you are welcome to enjoy our private side and backyard areas near the Guesthouse-RV rental unit. Just outside the Guesthouse-RV rental unit is a covered deck with sitting chairs and Alexa music. The backyard space is fenced all around as well. Your view is a small and charming stone-sitting adult pool with its relaxing waterfall feature! It is very private in the backyard area! An incredible place to unwind! ……Please note the space is most comfortable 1 for 2 guests! Thank you! Guest access All guests have free access to our Gym/Fitness Facility that we own here in St George, 10 minute drive! Hive Therapy Fitness 42 South River Road St George, Utah 84790 All gym equipment, classes and Free Hydro Massage on site!!! Just ask Heather or Josh for the Free guest passes while you are staying with us! Parking is available on-site during your stay and extra parking is on the street. Little Valley is a nice quiet neighborhood in St. George and there are walking & bike trails, parks, and even an ice cream shop, bakery, and restaurant just 1 block away. Uber, Lyft & Doordash services are available here as well. Other things to note Because this is a quiet neighborhood quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Only registered guests are allowed on site. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis if you require a non-overnight visitor for your stay.
