Kids must be supervised by a adult. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a Keurig cappuccino and latte system and Keurig coffee maker. Large bathtub with jets for relaxing. Other things to note Need to bring your own fishing poles, bait, fold out chairs, floats, water shoes, kids life jackets, firewood. Boats can be tied to the boat house.
